When you practice alone, it is easy to push your body in ways that cause strain without realizing it. In our personal training sessions, I focus heavily on tactile adjustments, using gentle pressure to guide your body into correct alignment for poses like Wheel or Headstand. This isn't about forcing a shape; it is about learning how to release tension safely, helping you find where your body needs support and where it can let go, so you feel the stretch rather than fighting your own tightness.
