Improve your range of motion and release deep-seated tension. Whether you are working on hips, back, or full-body flexibility, I guide you to find safety and depth in every stretch.

Here I am providing a hands-on adjustment in a deep backbend. This kind of support helps the student to relax into the stretch and safely deepen their flexibility.

Using yoga blocks to support a student in Samakonasana (Side Splits). Props are excellent tools to help the body open up gradually and safely.

A student demonstrating incredible hamstring and hip flexibility in this wide-legged forward fold. We build up to this level of flexibility with patience and consistent practice.

A student in Urdhva Dhanurasana (Wheel Pose), a powerful backbend that opens the entire front of the body and strengthens the arms and legs.

Ustrasana (Camel Pose) is a fantastic heart-opening backbend. This pose helps to counteract a slouched posture and releases emotional tension.

A personal training session at home, focusing on achieving Hanumanasana (the splits). I provide personalized guidance to help students reach their flexibility goals.

A student in Dhanurasana (Bow Pose), a great backbend for strengthening the back muscles and improving posture.

Continuing the adjustment in a deep back-bending pose, helping the student to bring their feet closer to their head.

The final expression of this assisted backbend, showing the incredible flexibility that can be achieved with guided practice.

About Flexibility & Deep Stretching

Flexibility isn't just about how far you can stretch, it is about opening up tight spaces in the body safely. In my sessions, I use blocks to bridge the gap and provide hands-on, manual adjustments to help you get deeper into poses like the splits or a wheel pose. You will not be left to figure it out alone; I am right there to ensure your alignment is correct so you can move without the risk of injury.

Why Deep Stretching Matters

In our modern lives, we spend hours sitting at desks, typing, or driving, which leads to tightness in the hips, shoulders, and lower back. This stiffness restricts movement and, over time, can impact your overall energy. My approach to flexibility is not about forcing your body, but about 'Sthirasukham asanam'—finding a pose that is both steady and comfortable.

How We Work

  • Hands-on Adjustments: Many students hold back because they are unsure of their alignment. I physically assist you in stretches, applying the right amount of pressure to safely deepen the pose. This is particularly useful for complex backbends like Ustrasana (Camel Pose) or hip-opening sequences.
  • Using Props: We utilize blocks and straps to make challenging stretches accessible, no matter your current level. This allows you to stay in the pose longer, letting the muscles truly release.
  • Targeted Recovery: Whether you want to fix your posture or prepare for advanced asanas like the splits (Hanumanasana), we focus on specific areas of the body that store the most tension.

My Philosophy

Yoga is not a performance; it is a practice of patience. When we release physical tension, we often find ourselves releasing mental and emotional baggage too. I encourage you to show up, breathe, and trust the process. As I always say, 'Prayas karna kabhi bhi band na karein'—never stop trying. Your body will open up when you give it the right guidance and consistency.
