About Student Success & Community
Many of my students started as beginners just looking for a bit of movement, only to discover a passion for Yogasana. Seeing them go from hesitant first stretches to winning gold at the District Yogasana Sports Championship in Delhi is what drives me. It proves that consistent, humble effort yields results, whether you want to compete on a stage or just feel better in your own skin.
What I value most is not just the trophies, but the transformation. When students come to me at the studio in Sagar Pur or during personal sessions across Delhi, they often lack confidence in their body. Through careful alignment, hands-on adjustments, and a focus on breath, we build that foundation. Whether it is preparing for the Yog Mahakumbh or simply recovering from physical stiffness, we approach every session with the principle of 'Sthirasukham asanam'—ensuring the pose is steady and comfortable.
This is a community where we push each other forward. It is not just about mastering the advanced crow pose or headstand, but about simply showing up. Prayas karna kabhi bhi band na karein (never stop trying). My students come from all walks of life, and seeing them receive recognition for their hard work on platforms like the District Yogasana Sports Championship fills me with gratitude.
