About Power Yoga & Core Strength
We don't just hold static poses. In these sessions, we use Vajrasana pumps and targeted Naukasana holds specifically to tackle stubborn tummy fat. It is intense, sweaty work, but because we do it as a group, that ‘gym se hard’ feeling actually becomes something you look forward to every day.
This isn't your typical slow-paced studio. When we say Power Yoga, we mean it. I designed these routines to be ‘gym se hard’—fast-paced, sweat-drenched sessions that burn serious calories. We integrate battle ropes, agility ladders, and functional weights into our vinyasa flows to keep your heart rate up and metabolism firing.
