Power Yoga & Core Strength

This is where the hard work happens for real fat loss. I focus on dynamic power yoga sequences and intense core exercises that build strength, fire up your metabolism, and specifically target belly fat. These are fast-paced, sweaty sessions designed for maximum results.

HIIT & Strength Training

We take fitness to the next level by mixing yoga with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and strength workouts. This is where we use weights, agility ladders, and CrossFit-inspired drills to build muscle, burn maximum calories, and prove our workouts are tougher than the gym.

Creative Prop Workouts

Boring workouts don't exist here. I use a variety of props like yoga wheels for deep stretches, chairs for advanced poses and full-body workouts, and sticks for targeting side fat. This variety keeps the sessions exciting and challenges your body in new ways.

Cardio Dance & Fun Activities

I believe working out should bring you joy. That's why we have dedicated dance and fun activity sessions, including Zumba, aerobics, and even games. It’s all about hard work with a lot of masti, because when you're having fun, you don't even realize you're exercising.

Personal Guidance & Flexibility

In our group sessions, I make sure no one gets left behind. I provide one on one assistance, correct your form, and help you safely achieve deep stretches and advanced poses. My goal is to help you improve your flexibility and see real progress.
