Why Partner & Acro Yoga?
Yoga doesn’t have to be a solo thing. Here, we flip the usual routine and make it all about flying, trusting, and laughing together. From playful lifts to synchronized stretches, I break down every move so it’s easy to follow, no matter if you’re a total newbie or already know your way around a mat.
What’s in a Session?
- We do acrobatic moves with one person as the base and another as the flyer.
- Anyone can join - friends, couples, siblings, even parents and kids. Family ke sath bhi kar sakte ho, sachi mein maza aata hai (you can do it with family, honestly it's super fun).
- Group acro yoga class means lots of teamwork, building human pyramids, and plenty of dosti aur masti (friendship and fun).
- Every session is hands-on. I’m always there to spot, guide, and make sure you feel safe.
Who Can Join?
Doesn’t matter if you’re not “strong” or “flexible.” Age aur body type matter nahi karta, bas thoda junoon hona chahiye (Age and body type don’t matter, just bring your passion). Beginners, all ages, solo or with someone - everyone fits in.
Real Talk: Fun & Fitness
These sessions are a playful yoga workout, but don’t be fooled - you’ll get a gym se hard workout (harder than the gym). Expect stronger muscles, better balance, and a surprising boost in trust and communication. Plus, our studio group feels like family - lots of cheering and zero judgement.

My Story
Namaste ji! Main Satvik Power Yoga se hoon. Yahan hum sirf yoga nahi karte, ek parivaar ki tarah saath rehte hain. Log yahan weight loss ke liye nahi, khushi ke liye bhi aate hain. Har din naye dost milte hain, masti hoti hai. 'आप सब की दोस्ती को नज़र ना लगे.' (May your friendship be protected). Yahan hum milke hanste, mehnat karte, aur zindagi ko khul kar jeete hain. 'जीवन का क्या पता कब क्या हो जाये.' (Who knows what might happen in life).
