We do not just do static poses. For example, our stepper sessions are a total game-changer for weight loss. It is tough, yes, but when you are doing it in a group of 15 to 25 people, you hardly realize how hard you are working.
People often ask if we are a gym or a yoga studio. The truth is, we are both. My sessions are designed for those who want real results—weight loss, muscle toning, and flexibility—without the monotonous grind of a standard gym.
Why Our Workouts Feel Different
- Variety is Key: No two days are the same. We cycle through Zumba, aerobics, and power-packed yoga flows so your body never hits a plateau.
- Functional Props: We use wooden staffs for side fat, chairs for tricep dips and deep squats, and battle ropes for functional strength.
- Community Energy: Everything is done in a group setting. You have a family cheering for you when you want to quit, which makes all the difference.
What To Expect
We prioritize consistency and intensity. Whether you join our 6 AM or 5:30 PM batches in Paschim Vihar or Meera Bagh, you get a full 60 minutes of sweat. I am personally on the floor to correct your form, ensuring you get the most out of every movement, whether it is a Surya Namaskar or a weighted squat. We focus on real goals—if you show up and put in the work, you will see the change.
