Welcome to your own yoga center, Satvik Power Yoga. This video gives you a complete tour of what we do. We offer everything from advanced power yoga, hatha yoga, and ashtanga yoga to fun activities like chair yoga, wheel yoga, acro yoga, dance, and even aerial yoga for a full-body workout.

Our Saturday Zumba class is all about letting loose and burning calories with a smile. We believe that fitness should be fun, and these dance sessions are a perfect example of how we mix high-energy cardio with enjoyable routines to keep you motivated.

Who says you can't do advanced poses? Here, I am helping a member master a challenging inversion using a chair. We use props like chairs not just for support but to push our limits and achieve new levels of strength and flexibility.

When my yoga members get the urge to hit the gym, I bring the gym to them. This clip shows how we incorporate strength training with barbells right here in our studio, proving that our workouts are tougher than any gym session.

Personal attention is key. Here, I am providing hands-on support to a member attempting an advanced backbend on a yoga wheel. I make sure everyone's form is correct and they feel safe pushing their boundaries.

We are stronger together. This is our stick couple yoga session, where members partner up for a coordinated workout that builds strength, balance, and teamwork. It’s a perfect example of our workout family in action.

I personally supervise every session, correcting your form and keeping the energy high, so you get a gym-level workout with the support of a group that actually feels like a family.

While traditional yoga can sometimes feel slow, we keep our sessions fast, sweaty, and challenging. We operate out of our Paschim Vihar studio, where we focus on functional training that builds strength and melts fat without the isolation of a typical gym. You will see me using chairs for deep squats and tricep dips, or yoga wheels to help with advanced backbends, ensuring you are pushing your boundaries safely. Every class includes personal attention—I am right there to adjust your posture, hype you up, and make sure you are doing the movements correctly.
