The Workout Khichdi
I call our routine a 'workout khichdi' because we never let your body adapt to just one thing. One day you might be doing Vinyasa flows for warm-up followed by CrossFit-inspired drills with battle ropes. The next day, we focus on strength using weights or chair yoga for deeper conditioning.
