About Personal Guidance & Flexibility
Many of my students come here thinking they are too stiff for yoga, but flexibility is a skill you build, not something you start with. When you join my session, I don't just stand at the front and show you the pose. I physically come over to adjust your posture, helping you align your body properly. Whether it is safely deepening a split or finding balance in a headstand, I am right there ensuring you stay safe while pushing your limits.
Yoga is not just about bending; it is about doing it the right way. In many generic classes, you are just one face in a crowd, and getting individual attention is rare. Here, that does not happen. Whether you are struggling to touch your toes or trying to nail your first handstand, I am there to support you.
Why Personal Guidance Matters
I use assisted stretching techniques to help you go deeper into poses like Hanumanasana (splits) or backbends. It is safe, controlled, and meant to build your confidence alongside your flexibility. My members often arrive with tight muscles from long hours at desks and leave feeling open and mobile.
My Approach
We do not believe in the 'no pain, no gain' philosophy here. We believe in 'right technique, real gain.' During every session, I walk around the studio, correcting spine alignment, checking your breathing, and pushing you just enough to see real progress without the risk of pulling a muscle. It is like having a personal trainer, but with the support of a family cheering for you. You will find that with consistent practice and my hands-on help, poses that seemed impossible a month ago become second nature.
