My group workouts are designed to be tougher than the gym, focusing on results. We use dynamic power yoga flows and targeted exercises like planks, crunches, and Naukasana to build core strength, burn fat, and help you with your weight loss goals.

Yoga with Props: Wheel, Stick & Chair

We keep our classes exciting by using a variety of props. I guide you through sessions with yoga wheels for deep backbends, sticks to target stubborn side fat and improve posture, and chairs for support in advanced poses and full-body workouts.

Advanced Asanas & Flexibility Training

For those ready to deepen their practice, I provide hands-on guidance to safely master advanced postures. We work on everything from handstands and deep backbends to full splits (Hanumanasana), helping you build strength and improve flexibility beyond what you thought possible.

Acro Yoga & Partner Practice

Build trust, balance, and have a lot of fun with our partner and acro yoga sessions. These classes are all about teamwork and connection, as you learn to support each other in creating beautiful and challenging shapes. It's a great way to practice with a friend or meet new people.

Aerial, Wall & Rope Yoga

Defy gravity and explore new possibilities with our specialized classes. I teach aerial yoga using silks to build strength and decompress the spine, and we use walls and ropes to provide support and help you safely achieve difficult poses.

Fitness with Masti: Games & Dance

I believe fitness should be full of joy. We regularly mix things up with high-energy group dance and Zumba sessions, and bring back childhood memories with fun games like kho-kho and tug of war. It’s all about sweating with a smile.

Our Yoga Family: Community & Events

This is more than a class, it's 'Aap ka apna yoga center'. We are a family that supports each other, celebrates together with events like anniversaries and Teacher's Day, and takes our practice outdoors to the park on Saturdays. Hear directly from our members about their journey with us.

Your mental peace is just as important as your physical strength. Every class incorporates practices like Pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, and yogic cleansing techniques like Tratak Kriya and Yoga Nidra to help you relax, de-stress, and connect with your inner self.

My classes are open to all, from complete beginners to advanced yogis. I offer dedicated kids' yoga sessions filled with fun activities, and provide personal guidance for everyone, including women looking for pre-natal yoga support. Whatever your level, there is a place for you here.
