I am always there to guide you personally, helping you safely achieve poses you never thought possible. Here, I'm assisting a student with a deep backbend using a yoga wheel to ensure correct form and support.
Who says workouts can't be fun? In our classes, even tough exercises like burpees often turn into a dance party. We believe in hard work, but we also make sure to laugh and enjoy every moment.

At my studio in Paschim Vihar, I believe that if you want results, you have to be consistent, but that does not mean it has to be boring. My classes mix traditional Hatha and Ashtanga with modern techniques like aerial silk work, bamboo stick drills, and wall ropes for spinal health. We do not just focus on weight loss; we target belly fat and build core strength through dynamic power yoga flows that go harder than your standard gym session.
The real magic happens when we break the routine. On Saturdays, we take our practice to the local park for group games like kho-kho or tug of war to bring back those childhood memories. We also run partner acro yoga sessions, which are fantastic for building trust, balance, and having a genuine laugh with friends. I guide every student personally, ensuring you are safe whether you are working on a handstand against a wall or trying your first wheel pose.
