Our kids' summer camp includes aerial yoga, and they absolutely love it! It's a fun and safe way for them to build confidence, strength, and body awareness while hanging out.

From aerial yoga poses in the silks to challenging arm balances like Bakasana (Crow Pose) on the mat, our studio is equipped for a diverse and exciting practice.

We offer a variety of classes, including aerial yoga for those who want to fly. We also focus on group formations and wall-supported poses to build a strong, connected community.

Aerial yoga allows for beautiful expressions of flexibility and strength. Here, members explore a partner pose using the silk and a graceful reclining pose, all suspended in the air.

Aerial Yoga

Using silks to hang, invert, and flow is fantastic for spinal decompression and building core strength. Plus, it is a lot of fun—it feels like play. We ensure every student feels secure and confident before attempting inversions.

Wall & Rope Yoga

Inspired by Iyengar principles, our wall rope stations allow for deep, sustained stretches. They are perfect for targeting tight muscles and improving posture without the strain of trying to balance on your own. It allows you to hold poses longer and breathe through the stretch.

Our Philosophy
