Our classes are packed with exercises specifically for weight loss and reducing tummy fat. Here, the group is engaged in a dynamic core workout, building strength and endurance together.
We focus on building a strong foundation. Here, members are practicing a variation of Setu Bandhasana (Bridge Pose) and other back-strengthening postures as part of our power yoga sequence.
Push-ups and Chaturanga are key parts of our power yoga flow. I guide the class to build upper body and core strength in a synchronized, high-energy environment.
Our power yoga sessions are all about dynamic movement and holding strong poses. This sequence of downward dog to plank is a fantastic full-body workout that we practice regularly.
A synchronized Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) in our group class. This is a great asana for strengthening the spine, opening the chest, and improving posture, which we incorporate into our flows.
This is what I call 'gym se hard workout'. Our partner-assisted leg raises and crunches add an extra challenge, making our core workouts incredibly effective for building abdominal strength.
From strengthening the arms and back to intense core work, our power yoga classes cover it all. You'll feel the burn and see the results with our varied and challenging routines.
We use props like yoga blocks to intensify our weight loss workouts. These exercises are specifically designed to engage the core and help reduce tummy fat.

In my classes, we use tools like yoga wheels, bamboo sticks, and wall ropes to target those stubborn areas and add intensity to your workout. Whether you are here for weight loss or just to get stronger, we push through planks, crunches, and flows that keep your heart rate up and your muscles engaged.
Why Power Yoga & Core Strength?
Many people think yoga is only for flexibility, but at my studio, it is our main tool for getting fit. These sessions are designed to be 'gym-hard' but with the added benefits of mindfulness and movement variety.
How We Mix It Up
I don't believe in repetitive routines that lead to burnout. We use specific props to keep things challenging:
- Yoga Wheels: Perfect for deep backbends and opening the chest, helping to counter the stiffness from office hours.
- Bamboo Sticks: These are my go-to for targeting side fat and improving shoulder mobility.
- Wall Ropes: We use these for spinal traction, allowing you to safely get into deeper stretches that might otherwise feel impossible.
Your Results-Oriented Session
Every 60-minute class is structured to give you a full-body burn. We combine traditional power yoga sequences with functional core conditioning. You will find plenty of planks, leg raises, and strength drills to target the belly fat. My focus is on safe technique, so you see real changes in your strength and weight without injury.
