Our classes are packed with exercises specifically for weight loss and reducing tummy fat. Here, the group is engaged in a dynamic core workout, building strength and endurance together.

We focus on building a strong foundation. Here, members are practicing a variation of Setu Bandhasana (Bridge Pose) and other back-strengthening postures as part of our power yoga sequence.

Push-ups and Chaturanga are key parts of our power yoga flow. I guide the class to build upper body and core strength in a synchronized, high-energy environment.

Our power yoga sessions are all about dynamic movement and holding strong poses. This sequence of downward dog to plank is a fantastic full-body workout that we practice regularly.

A synchronized Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) in our group class. This is a great asana for strengthening the spine, opening the chest, and improving posture, which we incorporate into our flows.

This is what I call 'gym se hard workout'. Our partner-assisted leg raises and crunches add an extra challenge, making our core workouts incredibly effective for building abdominal strength.

From strengthening the arms and back to intense core work, our power yoga classes cover it all. You'll feel the burn and see the results with our varied and challenging routines.
