About this collection

I don't believe in forcing your body into a pose. In my sessions, we use wall ropes, bamboo sticks, and manual support to safely open up your hips, shoulders, and spine. You will feel the difference in your flexibility after just a few classes because we focus on correct alignment, not just the final look.

Advanced asanas are not just about showing off; they are about understanding your body’s potential. Whether you are aiming for your first full split (Hanumanasana), trying to stabilize a handstand, or wanting to deepen your backbends, the journey requires patience and the right technique.

How We Train

At our Paschim Vihar studio, we don’t leave you to struggle on your own. My approach combines:

  • Manual Adjustments: I provide hands-on assistance to guide you into alignment safely, preventing injury and ensuring you get the most out of every stretch.
  • Prop-Assisted Practice: We utilize wall ropes for spinal traction, bamboo sticks to improve shoulder mobility, and yoga wheels to safely ease into backbends.
  • Gradual Progression: We break complex poses into manageable steps. If you can’t touch your toes yet, we work on hamstring flexibility first. If you want to master the handstand, we start by building core strength and overhead stability.
