My Approach: Yoga Is a Journey
For me, yoga is about showing up, trying, failing, and slowly getting better. I don’t believe in chasing perfect poses overnight. The real magic is in the small wins and the confidence you build with every practice. Yoga gives me energy and helps me find balance, not just on the mat but in life. Like I always say, yog se jeevan me sthirta aati hai (yoga brings stability to life).

I teach one-on-one yoga classes online, so you get my full attention no matter where you live. Your living room, your balcony, anywhere - it becomes your own yoga studio. I work with students from all over, and every session is tailored to you. You get real-time yoga feedback and alignment corrections, just like you would in person.
