This was a proud moment for me, receiving my Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC) certification in Rishikesh. I am a certified Vinyasa yoga teacher, and I bring this formal knowledge of exercise science and anatomy to every class I teach.
About My Certification
Holding this certification means I don't just teach yoga. I teach anatomy. Whether we are doing Vinyasa flow or working on mobility, I can explain exactly which muscle you are engaging, like your pectoralis major or anterior delt. This is not about just looking flexible; it is about movement quality, understanding your body, and preventing injuries before they happen.
Getting my Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC) certification in Rishikesh was a turning point. I went there to learn from the source, but I came back with a framework that mixes tradition with modern exercise science.
Why the Science Matters
