I blend Vinyasa flow, anatomical precision, and traditional yogic Kriyas to build a stronger, more disciplined version of you.

This is a glimpse into one of my group yoga sessions in Noida. Here, I am guiding students through Utthita Trikonasana, focusing on proper alignment to tone the leg muscles and relieve backaches. My classes are active and focus on real movement.

The Virabhadrasana 2, or Warrior Pose, is a fundamental asana for building strength and stability. I teach this to help you strengthen your leg muscles, improve focus, and challenge your body's balance.

Here I demonstrate Jal Neti, a traditional yogic cleansing technique I teach for sinus and migraine relief. This is part of the Shatkarma Kriyas, an ancient practice for detoxifying the body that goes beyond simple asanas.

This is Dhanurasana, or Bow Pose, a powerful backbend for improving spinal elasticity. I guide my clients through this pose carefully, as it can be very beneficial for strengthening the back and managing issues like a slipped disc when done correctly.

Yoga isn't always serious. Here we are practicing Laughing Meditation, a great way to release stress and connect with each other. I believe in creating a positive and joyful energy in my sessions.

The Salamba Sirsasana 2, or Supported Headstand, is an advanced inversion that I teach to experienced students. It improves blood flow to the brain, can help with insomnia, and builds incredible upper body and core strength.

This was a proud moment for me, receiving my Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC) certification in Rishikesh. I am a certified Vinyasa yoga teacher, and I bring this formal knowledge of exercise science and anatomy to every class I teach.

About Featured

I teach with an anatomy-first approach. Whether you join my Vinyasa groups in Noida or we work 1-on-1 for rehab, I do not give you random poses. I explain the 'why'—like how specific alignment fixes sciatica or why certain Kriyas help with sinus issues. My focus is on what your body actually needs to be stronger and pain-free, using modern science to back up traditional practices.
