Science-Based Yoga Training & Traditional Cleansing
I blend Vinyasa flow, anatomical precision, and traditional yogic Kriyas to build a stronger, more disciplined version of you.
This is a glimpse into one of my group yoga sessions in Noida. Here, I am guiding students through Utthita Trikonasana, focusing on proper alignment to tone the leg muscles and relieve backaches. My classes are active and focus on real movement.
The Virabhadrasana 2, or Warrior Pose, is a fundamental asana for building strength and stability. I teach this to help you strengthen your leg muscles, improve focus, and challenge your body's balance.
Here I demonstrate Jal Neti, a traditional yogic cleansing technique I teach for sinus and migraine relief. This is part of the Shatkarma Kriyas, an ancient practice for detoxifying the body that goes beyond simple asanas.
This is Dhanurasana, or Bow Pose, a powerful backbend for improving spinal elasticity. I guide my clients through this pose carefully, as it can be very beneficial for strengthening the back and managing issues like a slipped disc when done correctly.
Yoga isn't always serious. Here we are practicing Laughing Meditation, a great way to release stress and connect with each other. I believe in creating a positive and joyful energy in my sessions.
The Salamba Sirsasana 2, or Supported Headstand, is an advanced inversion that I teach to experienced students. It improves blood flow to the brain, can help with insomnia, and builds incredible upper body and core strength.
This was a proud moment for me, receiving my Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC) certification in Rishikesh. I am a certified Vinyasa yoga teacher, and I bring this formal knowledge of exercise science and anatomy to every class I teach.
A shot of our yoga group practicing Vrikshasana (Tree Pose) together by the river in Rishikesh. I often organize these sessions to help us connect with nature and build a strong community, or 'bhaichara', through yoga.
About Featured
I teach with an anatomy-first approach. Whether you join my Vinyasa groups in Noida or we work 1-on-1 for rehab, I do not give you random poses. I explain the 'why'—like how specific alignment fixes sciatica or why certain Kriyas help with sinus issues. My focus is on what your body actually needs to be stronger and pain-free, using modern science to back up traditional practices.
My teaching philosophy is simple: 'Asli cheezein hi matter karti hain' (only real things matter). I don't believe in flashy Instagram yoga that looks good but serves no purpose.
The Science and the Tradition
I am a certified Vinyasa teacher from Rishikesh, but I also look at movement through the lens of exercise science. When I teach a pose like Utthita Trikonasana, I talk about your anterior delts, pectoralis major, and joint alignment. If you are training with me, you will understand exactly which muscle group you are activating and how it keeps your joints safe.
My Offerings
- Group Vinyasa & Ashtanga Flow: Based in Noida, these sessions are for those who want that collective energy. We focus on stamina, high-heat movement, and traditional breathwork like Kapalbhati.
- 1-on-1 Therapeutic Yoga: If you are dealing with a slipped disc, arthritis, or chronic pain, this is where we work. I customize your routine using props, straps, and wall support to ensure we are building strength without aggravating your injury.
- Shatkarma Kriyas: Many clients come to me for physical fitness but stay for the internal detox. I guide you through traditional techniques like Jal Neti, Sutra Neti, and Netra Neti. These aren't just 'cleansing' buzzwords; they are effective, time-tested methods for sinus and migraine relief that I teach step-by-step with a focus on safety.
Whether you are an absolute beginner or looking to correct your form, we start by checking your mobility. No ego, no 'show-off' poses—just honest, disciplined practice that fits your body.
