My Training Style: Science Meets Desi Roots

Fitness for me means strength, discipline, and not forgetting where we come from. I mix traditional Indian workouts (like mugdar and sapate) with everything I know from modern exercise science. I explain every movement - not just how, but why you’re doing it. ‘Old is gold’ isn’t just a saying here, it’s how I train.

Form & Technique Are Everything

Getting your form right is my biggest priority. I break down each exercise’s biomechanics so you know which muscles are working, how to set up, and most importantly, how to avoid injury. If your posture or core engagement is off, I’ll catch it. You’ll learn why technique matters, not just what to do.

What We’ll Work On

I build personalized fitness plans for your goals, mostly in the gym but I can help with home workouts too.

  • Functional strength training, using dumbbells, barbells, machines, and even boxing drills for cardio.
  • Traditional Indian workouts (desi style) for stamina and grip strength.
  • Muscle-mind connection - making every rep count.

My Story

Namaskar! Main Bhora Khurd, Muzaffarnagar ka hoon – yahi meri mitti hai. Dadi, Maa, bhai, yaar, sab family hai, aur Tuffy bhi – mera bullmastiff. Subah gym, shaam yoga, dono zaroori. Rishikesh mein yog seekha, beach pe yoga kiya, mast tha. Simple life, simple joys. Kaam aur body dono work in progress hai.

My Work

Personal Fitness & Gym Coaching - Form pe dhyan, science bhi, par desi workout routines jaise mugdar training bhi. Real strength, not just show.

Group Yoga Classes - Vinyasa yoga for flexibility, Ashtanga for balance. Mind aur body dono ko kaam pe lagate hain.

Traditional Yogic Kriyas - Jal Neti sinus relief, Sutra Neti, aur Netra Neti – yeh sab sikhata hoon. Saaf saaf andar se.
