What’s This All About?
Shatkarma kriyas are the original 'desi' detox routines. Forget the fancy juices - yogis have been using these for centuries to clean the body from inside out. Main focus? Real science, not some magic show.
The Main Kriyas I’ll Guide You Through
- Jal Neti (Nasal Cleansing with Water): Using a Neti Pot, we gently flush out the nasal passages with warm saline. Sounds odd, but the relief hits right away. Great for sinus, migraines, allergies.
- Sutra Neti (Thread Nasal Cleansing): Slightly intimidating but super effective for chronic blockages. I’ll handle the step-by-step Shatkarma practice so you’re safe.
- Netra Neti (Eye Cleansing): Perfect for tired eyes stuck to screens. Uses water and eye cups to clear out gunk and calm your system.
How I Teach
As a certified yoga teacher from Rishikesh, I don’t compromise on form. ‘Sabse zaroori hai’ (most important). You won’t get this right from a random YouTube video. I break down the technique and the why behind everything, making sure you’re sorted.
