Yoga is not just about the pose; it is about connecting with your breath and calming the nervous system. These asanas are designed to help you find stillness, improve digestion, and let go of daily stress.

This is Siddhasana, or the Accomplished Pose, which is an excellent posture for meditation. It helps improve alertness of the mind and is beneficial for pubic and reproductive health.

Here I am in Virasana, or Hero Pose. This is a great meditative pose that also improves digestion and helps increase flexibility in the knees and ankles.

Vajrasana is one of the few poses you can do right after a meal because it aids digestion. It is also a stable pose for meditation and helps to calm the mind.

Tadasana, or Mountain Pose, is the foundation for all standing poses. It seems simple, but it is key for improving posture, maintaining balance, and calming the body and mind.

This is Pawanmuktasana, a pose that is excellent for improving digestion and providing instant relief from gastric issues. It also gently stretches the neck and back, helping to reduce stress.

Gupta Padmasana, or the Hidden Lotus Pose, is a deep relaxation pose. I teach this to help correct postural defects of the spine and as a posture for meditation to reduce stress and anxiety.

This is Supta Padmasana, the Lying Down Lotus Pose. It expands the chest to increase lung capacity and improves flexibility in the pelvic joints, making it a great restorative asana.

These aren't just poses to hold; they are tools to clear out the noise. When I teach Pawanmuktasana or Vajrasana, we aren't just stretching. We are working on your digestive fire and calming the nervous system. You will feel the difference in your gut health and anxiety levels after just a few sessions.

When life feels heavy, the body holds that tension. You might feel it in your stiff shoulders or a gut that never seems settled. My restorative yoga classes focus on deep alignment and bringing your body back to a state of balance. We use props like straps and blocks—not to make the pose look fancy, but to make it sustainable for your specific body type.

If you have a desk job, we use Gupta Padmasana to fix that rounded spine and open the chest. If you deal with constant gastric trouble or bloating, we use Pawanmuktasana to clear things out. My goal isn't to get you into a complex pretzel shape. It is to make sure that when you step off the mat, your mind is quieter and your body feels lighter.

We mix these holds with conscious breathing work to ensure you aren't just 'working out' but actually recovering. Whether you join me in Noida for a group session or prefer a private class at your home, we keep the science simple. You don't need to be flexible to start. You just need to show up.
