This is a glimpse into one of my group yoga sessions in Noida. Here, I am guiding students through Utthita Trikonasana, focusing on proper alignment to tone the leg muscles and relieve backaches. My classes are active and focus on real movement.

Yoga isn't always serious. Here we are practicing Laughing Meditation, a great way to release stress and connect with each other. I believe in creating a positive and joyful energy in my sessions.

If you think group yoga is just calm breathing in a silent room, my sessions will surprise you. In my Noida studio, we treat the mat like a training ground. We focus on active flows, specifically Vinyasa and Ashtanga, where every movement is designed to engage your muscles, not just stretch them. I explain the science behind every posture, so you know exactly which muscle group, like your pectoralis major or anterior deltoid, you are targeting. It is high-energy, it is disciplined, and yes, we sweat.

My group yoga classes in Noida are built for people who want to move with purpose. We keep our batches between 8 to 15 participants, which means you get the benefit of a supportive community while I still have the bandwidth to correct your form.

We start with a fast-paced Vinyasa or Ashtanga flow to build heat and stamina. This isn't about holding a pose for an hour, it's about movement. We integrate traditional Desi bodyweight exercises to ensure you are building strength alongside flexibility. I am a firm believer that your workout should be backed by science, so I focus heavily on joint action and anatomical alignment. Whether you are correcting a leg deformity or trying to relieve backaches with Utthita Trikonasana, you will know exactly why we are doing the movement.

After the hard work, we cool down with breathwork like Kapalbhati and even Laughing Meditation to release the day's stress. It is not just about the body; it is about building 'bhaichara' (brotherhood) and a positive environment where you can actually enjoy your fitness journey.
