Join my group sessions in Noida to experience the collective energy of practicing together. We focus on discipline, active Vinyasa flows, and anatomy-based movement.

This is a glimpse into one of my group yoga sessions in Noida. Here, I am guiding students through Utthita Trikonasana, focusing on proper alignment to tone the leg muscles and relieve backaches. My classes are active and focus on real movement.

Yoga isn't always serious. Here we are practicing Laughing Meditation, a great way to release stress and connect with each other. I believe in creating a positive and joyful energy in my sessions.

We focus on active flows, specifically Vinyasa and Ashtanga, where every movement is designed to engage your muscles, not just stretch them. I explain the science behind every posture, so you know exactly which muscle group, like your pectoralis major or anterior deltoid, you are targeting. It is high-energy, it is disciplined, and yes, we sweat.
