We believe that movement should be joyful. Our yoga dance sessions are all about letting go, flowing without judgment, and finding your rhythm. It’s not about perfect poses, but about the smiles and the shared energy on the mat.

The Surya Namaskar, or Sun Salutation, is a cornerstone of our practice. It's a powerful moving meditation that energizes the entire body. Seeing our whole class move and breathe together in sync is a beautiful reminder of our collective strength.

Who says you can't combine a sun salutation with strength training? We love adding dumbbells to our Surya Namaskar flow to build muscle tone and challenge the body in new ways. This is how we blend traditional yoga with modern fitness.

Yoga is truly for every age and every body. I'm so proud to share this chair yoga routine with my mother-in-law, or as I call her, Mummy. These gentle movements are perfect for seniors, helping improve mobility, circulation, and peace of mind.

A few moments of calm can change your whole day. We always include pranayama, or breathing exercises, in our classes. Anulom Vilom, or alternate nostril breathing, is a simple yet powerful technique to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and bring balance to your mind.

Our yoga family is at the heart of everything we do, and we love celebrating together. During Navratri, we swapped our yoga mats for dandiya sticks and flowed to the rhythm of Garba. It’s moments like these, filled with festive vibes and joyful movement, that make our community a true sisterhood.
