This 6 minute yoga routine is designed to celebrate the strength and grace within every woman. It includes poses like Vrikshasana (Tree Pose) and gentle stretches to help you feel empowered, centered, and ready to take on the world.

Here we show how our classes offer a perfect blend of yoga and workout. We focus on calming the mind with breathwork while strengthening the body with dynamic movements, helping you achieve both mental peace and full body fitness.

Mandala Yoga is meditation in motion. In this practice, we move together in a circle, creating a journey through strength, symmetry, and focus. It's a beautiful way to boost mobility and connect your breath with movement.

About Yoga for Every Body: Accessible & Therapeutic Routines

You do not need to be perfectly fit or flexible to start with us. My classes are structured to work around your body's current needs, whether that means using a chair for support, modifying poses for specific health conditions, or taking it slow while we address concerns like hormonal balance or postural stiffness. If you have been worried about keeping up, please do not be; my own mother-in-law is a regular in our group, and we keep the pace comfortable for everyone.

Many women come to me thinking yoga requires extreme flexibility, but that is not the case at all. Our therapeutic sessions are about consistency and care. We focus on gentle Hatha and Vinyasa flows that help release tension, improve digestion, and support women dealing with PCOS or anxiety.

We keep our class sizes between 15 and 20 students, which allows me to provide personal attention and correct your posture in real time.

Namaste, I am Amisha. I started these classes twelve years ago because I wanted a space where women could show up exactly as they are, without any pressure to be perfect. My mother-in-law is a regular in our group, and we really are like a family—if you need to modify a pose or just need a safe place to breathe, you belong here.
