About The Vibe: Our Space & Community
The studio isn't just about the equipment; it's the boxing ring where you reset, the playlist that hits right, and the coaches who know your name before you walk in. When you train here, you’re stepping into a space designed for intensity, but kept loose enough that you will actually want to hang out after your set.
We built Knox to be a 'third place' for our members—somewhere that isn't quite home, but definitely isn't a sterile, cold gym. Located right here in Udyog Vihar, our floor is packed with purposeful gear. You will find Sanguine bumper plates, Bullrock rigs, and lifting platforms that see action from early morning until the lights go down.
At the center of it all is our boxing ring. It's not for show; it's where we run everything from technical footwork drills to high-intensity conditioning. Whether you are looking to get into boxing, master your own body weight with Animal Flow, or just move without pain through our REBUILD program, the layout of the studio supports it.
We also know that you can't build a community in a vacuum. That's why we emphasize the social side of sweat. You’ll see people sticking around after their session to catch up, grab a coffee, or just chill in the ring area. It is this mix of hard work and actual human connection that defines our vibe.
