About Events & Workshops
Most people quit training because they do it in isolation, so we host events that actually keep you accountable. Whether you are sharpening your technique in an Animal Flow workshop or testing your conditioning in a HYROX prep session, you are training alongside people who push you to show up.
Our events are built around three core pillars: skill, recovery, and community.
HYROX Prep & Workshops
HYROX is about strategy as much as it is about fitness. Our 6-week prep programs and one-off workshops break down the race format, teaching you the pacing and technique required to finish strong. We focus on the functional movements, transitions, and the endurance engine you need for race day.
Animal Flow & Movement
We regularly bring in regional experts for deep-dive workshops. These sessions help you unlock new movement patterns, improve your mobility, and gain better control over your own body weight. It is not just about the workout, it is about learning skills you can practice anywhere.
The Sunrise Social Club
This is our weekend reset. We mix movement with recovery. You get a run, some flow sessions, and the chance to jump into our ice baths or sauna. It is the easiest way to connect with the crew outside the gym environment, grab a coffee, and start your Sunday properly.
We limit spots for all our workshops to keep the coaching quality high. Keep an eye on our calendar if you want in.
