- Cycle Syncing: Intensity adjustments matched to female physiological cycles/energy levels.
- Bulletproofing: Targeted mobility drills (tibialis raises, wall sits) to prevent injury.

Small Group Squad Training

- Fat loss and weight loss? We get it done with 20-minute HIIT routines.
- Want to sculpt those arms or see real muscle tone? I have specific strength and conditioning programs ready for you.
- Chasing your first pull-up or a better squat? I’ll help you master technique and celebrate every milestone.
- Core work isn’t skipped - we hit the abs and lower back, always with variations depending on your fitness level.
Train Smart, Stay Safe
Form is everything. I’m hands-on about teaching the right posture and movement, especially if you’ve had injuries before or want to avoid them. Injury prevention exercises are a big part of my sessions. I’ll work with you to strengthen knees, back, and all those spots that usually get ignored.
For the Women in Our Tribe
I always talk openly about how your body changes through your cycle. We adjust training with menstrual cycle phases, so your energy isn’t forced. You’ll learn to work with your body, not fight it.
What We Use
Barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, sleds, battle ropes, and Noida’s first boxing ring. Sessions are always a mix, never boring, and I always include mobility work at the start and end.

We built every bit of this studio ourselves, thinking about good energy and real people. Our vibe?
