12-Session Dedicated Personal Training Package
Core Coaching & Routine
- 12 Private Sessions: Dedicated 60-minute one-on-one training sessions valid for approximately 45 days.
- Customized Programming: Bespoke periodized workout plans tailored for Hypertrophy, Functional Fitness, or Injury Management.
- Technogym Equipment: Usage of premium Italian machinery and Jerai hardware during sessions.
Premium Service & Recovery
- White Glove Spotting: Trainer handles all equipment setup, weight loading, and re-racking so you focus solely on lifting.
- Assisted Recovery: Manual PNF stretching and mobility drills performed by the trainer post-workout.
- Active Supervision: Continuous form correction to ensure safety during compound and isolation movements.
Progress Tracking
- Body Metrics: Introductory and periodic Body Composition Analysis (BMI, fat percentage, muscle mass) to benchmark progress.
- Routine Evolution: Program adjustments made every 12 to 15 sessions to prevent plateaus.

What Sessions Feel Like
Sessions are one-on-one, a mix of strength, cardio endurance programs, and functional workouts. We use everything from deadlifts, dumbbells, kettlebells to TRX, treadmills, and even partner workouts if you want to train with someone.
