Log poochte hain, kaam kya karte ho? I always say, maidan mein aa jao, dikha dunga. My work is about action, not just talk. I want you to walk anywhere with confidence, knowing you can handle yourself if things go wrong.
What Matters Most
Yeh sharir hai na, isse zaroori kuch nahi hai yaar. I believe if your body and mind are strong, you can face anything. My training is about protecting yourself, not picking fights. It's about controlling a situation, not escalating it.
What You’ll Actually Learn
I train police teams, so what I teach is tested on the street. You’ll learn:
- How to escape wrist grabs, neck holds, and chokes, front or back
- Using an attacker’s force against them for takedowns and control
- Police-style restraint methods that don’t cause unnecessary harm
- Practicing real-life self-defense scenarios like street or parking lot situations
Who Can Join
Anyone. No need to be an athlete or have experience. I train men, women, students, even kids. A lot of focus is on self-defense for women in India, especially against bigger attackers. It’s about technique, not brute strength.
How We Train
Hands-on, sweat and skill. I show, you practice with a partner till it feels natural. Bina lagan or mehnat ke safal koi kaam nahi hota. You bring dedication, I’ll show you the way.

My Story
Main Rravi Dutt Bhardwaj, pehle ek desi balak, phir Commonwealth player aur ab coach. Maidan mera mandir hai, wahan main khud bhi student hoon, roz kuch naya seekhta hoon. Ghar pe, main sirf pita hoon, betiyan meri taakat. Zindagi simple - training, parivaar, thoda masti. Baaki sab upar wale pe chhod diya. Jai Shri Ram, Har Har Mahadev.
My Work
What I Teach - Karate (Kumite & Kata), Judo, Yoga, Self-Defense - kids, adults, professionals, Indian/Delhi Police teams.
Training Style - No shortcut. Pasina bahana padta hai. Discipline, technique, asli sher banana - yahi mera tareeka hai.
Who Can Join - Sab aa sakte hain - bachche, bade, ladkiyan, police/army aspirants, ya koi bhi jo self-defense seekhna chahta ho.
Fitness for Life - Sharir sabse zaroori. Training medal ke liye nahi, himmat aur confidence ke liye hai. Hari Om.
