Fitness and Conditioning Classes in Delhi
Strength isn't about vanity; it's about capability. My training focuses on functional conditioning drills to build the stamina, core power, and flexibility you need for self-defense and real-world endurance.
You don't always need heavy weights to build strength. This video shows various exercises using a simple rubber band to improve resistance, power, and flexibility for martial arts.
Flexibility is just as important as strength. Here I am doing dynamic stretches outdoors to improve hip mobility and leg range of motion, which is crucial for high kicks and agile footwork.
Explosive power is key in self-defense. This video shows me doing step-up jumps on a park bench, a great plyometric exercise for building lower body strength and agility.
Partner-assisted stretching is one of the best ways to improve flexibility safely. This helps in achieving splits and higher kicks, which increases your range of attack and defense.
This is the beginning of the journey for these students. We build a strong foundation with conditioning exercises like these coordinated push-ups, developing strength and discipline as a team.
Every session starts with a proper warm-up to prepare the body for training and prevent injuries. Here, the class is doing dynamic movements to get the blood flowing.
Core strength and flexibility are non-negotiable. This clip shows me and a student doing synchronized floor exercises, including leg raises and back extensions, to build a solid foundation.
This is a single-leg glute bridge exercise using a chair. It's an excellent workout for strengthening the posterior chain, which provides power for kicks and takedowns.
Hard work is the only path to success. This clip shows a typical workout session, from bag work to crunches, because a fighter's engine is built with sweat and consistency.
About Fitness & Conditioning
Don't expect AC gyms or expensive machines here. My conditioning sessions are built on calisthenics, plyometrics, and functional partner drills designed to make you fit for the real world, not just for a mirror. We focus on 'desi' strength—the kind that gives you explosive power for a strike or the stamina to keep moving when you are tired.
Most gyms are about lifting heavy weights to look good. My training is different. I treat the dojo like a 'maidan' because that is where the real work happens. Whether you are prepping for a police physical exam, looking to lose weight, or just want to feel capable, the foundation remains the same: discipline and intensity.
We work with your own body weight, rubber bands, and intense partner drills. I believe in functional movement—the kind that gives you explosive power for a kick or the stamina to last in a sparring session. You will learn to use plyometrics, interval training, and flexibility drills that are essential for martial arts but often ignored in standard workout routines.
If you are training with me, expect to sweat. We work on core strength, hip mobility, and endurance using protocols that have kept me fit as a Commonwealth player and ready for the field. I train everyone from students to police officers using the same principles. It is not always easy, but it is honest. If you are ready to put in the time and stop looking for shortcuts, you will find exactly what you need here.
