About Self-Defense Classes
Why I Teach Self-Defense
Martial arts for me is not just about kicks and punches. It’s about becoming the kind of person who stands up for what’s right, feels confident, and can take care of themselves and others. That black belt? Just a piece of cloth. The real deal is having a black belt mindset - guts, discipline, and respect.
Practical Training, No Show-Off
I don’t waste time on flashy moves that don’t work outside the dojo. My classes mix Karate, Taekwondo, Kickboxing, and MMA. You’ll learn real-world self-defense techniques that actually help if things get serious.
Who Joins My Classes
- Women & Girls: I’m very clear: “Apni ladki ko sikhao thappad kaise maarna hai, roti toh baad mein bhi ban jayegi” (Teach your daughter how to slap, making rotis can wait). I want you to walk out knowing solid women's self-defense moves, not just theory.
- Kids & Teens: I start them early. Martial arts builds respect and confidence fast. Teen confidence through martial arts is real here.
- Adults: Age doesn’t matter. If you want to get stronger, fitter, and safer, this is your place.
What Training Feels Like
No excuses. You come in, you work hard. “Jab stop bol diya to stop bol diya” (When I say stop, it means stop). Expect intense pad work, proper sparring, and tough conditioning. The pain now becomes strength tomorrow.
What Stays With You
It’s not about fighting for fun. It’s about learning control, respect, and how to be strong when it counts. You’ll leave with more than just skills - you’ll find your own power.

My Story
For us, karate is not just kicks and punches – it’s zindagi jeene ka tareeka (a way to live). At Delhi Karate School, we don’t care about just the black belt – it’s the mindset that matters. Hum sab ek family hain (we are all a family), growing, struggling, winning together. Our students, karateboyz007, they fight for justice and respect. We teach boldness, integrity, and restraint – medals are good, but real strength lasts a lifetime.
