What I Teach: Real-World Self-Defense
Street fights are messy. No rules, no points, just survival. I keep things straight - I train you for what actually happens out there. Samjhe? (Got it?)
- Grappling is at the core, because most fights hit the ground. My system mixes BJJ, wrestling, and MMA - not for sport, but to control and protect yourself.
- You'll learn takedowns, takedown defense strategies, chokes, submissions, and ground control techniques. It's all about leverage, not brute strength.
My Method: Basics, Repeated
No shortcuts, no fancy tricks. We drill solid basics till you can do them without thinking. Discipline is key - motivation comes and goes, but showing up is what makes you tough. Tagde banoge (You'll become strong).
Training Options
- Personalized adult self-defense coaching. One-on-one, any gender, any level. We focus on practical grappling for self-defense, with or without a Gi.
- Kids at-home self-defense classes. I come to you, keep it friendly, and make sure your child is learning useful skills while building confidence.
Mindset Needed
Leave your ego at home, seriously. Apne ego ko ghar pe rakh ke aao (Keep your ego at home). You'll tap out, you'll mess up. That's normal. If you want to get better, be ready to work hard and learn.

My Story
Main Gaurav hoon, MMA fighter and BJJ player. Bachpan se martial arts karta aa raha hoon. National aur State grappling jeeta hai, ASJJF gold, ADCC silver bhi. Crosstrain Fight Club mere liye gym nahi, family hai. Pehle mujhe striking sab kuch lagta tha, phir BJJ coach ne ground pe ragdoll bana diya. Tab se BJJ hi best hai mere liye. Wrestling ya striking? Bhool jao, BJJ is life.
My Work
What I teach - Personalized MMA coaching, BJJ, grappling, strength training for fighters, and kids self-defense classes.
My training style - No ego, lots of competition, learn by tapping. Experience matters, not just technique.
Strength first - Lift heavy, train for real strength. Pump routines waste time. Tagda banna hai toh heavy uthao.
Simple eating - No fancy diets. Intermittent fasting for athletes is what actually works for me.
Home workouts - No gym? Koi dikkat nahi. BJJ home workouts, running, skipping, pushups, pullups—sab kuch kar sakte ho.
