About Judo Coaching
Maidan Mein Aa Jao: My Approach
For me, Judo is not just a sport - it's a way to build discipline and respect your own body. I always say, maidan mein aa jao (come to the field), because you have to experience it to understand. Yeh sharir sahi hai toh sab sahi hai (If your body is right, everything falls into place).
What You’ll Learn
I keep my coaching direct and hands-on. We start with the basics: how to fall safely, balance, and move smart. You’ll get into Judo throws training, learn how to control your opponent on the ground, and practice in a proper judogi. I focus on Judo self defense techniques that actually work, not just theory.
For Competitors
If you’re serious about competing, I push you harder. I’ve coached Delhi Police teams for national events like the All India Police Games. My students have won medals, including a silver at the 10th All India Police Judo Cluster - 2023. Pure mehnat (hard work) is the only way.
The Dojo
We train at Kingsway Camp, Delhi. The dojo has matted floors for safety, and the vibe is serious. Anyone committed - man or woman - is welcome.
Real Talk
Success takes time. Bina lagan or mehnat ke safal koi kaam nahi hota (Without dedication and hard work, nothing works). If you’re ready to put in the effort, I’m here to guide you.
