Why I Teach Self-Defense

People laughed when I dreamt of being a fighter. No fancy gym, no money, just me showing up every day. That’s the same mindset I bring to this training - resilience matters more than muscles. Main cheez hai dimaag lagana (the main thing is to use your brain), not just brute force.

Practical Skills, Not Bollywood Moves

Forget what you see in movies. I teach what actually works - MMA-based self-defense. We mix wrestling, jiu-jitsu, and simple striking. It’s all about realistic street fighting skills, not flashy stuff.

  • Wrestling & jiu-jitsu for grappling, control, and what to do on the ground
  • Practical boxing to defend yourself standing
  • Grappling and takedown defense, so you know what happens if things go to the ground

How We Train

We drill until it’s second nature. The sessions are bahut hard (very tough), but real situations are tougher. It’s hands-on, sweaty, and sometimes frustrating. Expect a lot of conditioning - your technique is useless if you’re gasping for air.

  • Stand-up: clinch control, takedown offense/defense
  • Ground: dominant positions, submissions, escapes
  • Striking: basics only, no drama
  • Reflex and timing drills

Who This Is For

Doesn’t matter if you’re a guy or a girl, total beginner or not. If you want real self-defense for beginners and are ready to show up and work hard, I’ll teach the rest. Samajh me aaya? (Understood?)

My Story

Main Kapil hoon. Used to mop floors at McDonald's, middle class ladka, koi support nahi tha (no support). Sapna tha UFC fighter banne ka (dreamed of being a UFC fighter). Log hase (people laughed), par main rukta nahi (but I never stopped). Boxing mere liye sab kuch hai - survival, therapy, proof to myself. Zindagi tough thi, one-man army jaise feel hua kai baar. Still, I’m here, standing. Kapil mindset hai - born weak, die stronger.

My Work

MMA, Self Defense & Fitness Coaching - I train beginners and fighters in MMA basics, self-defense for beginners, and fitness. Sabko welcome hai (everyone’s welcome).

Technique First, Power Later - Hum basics se shuru karte hain (we start from basics). Step-by-step, double leg takedown training, triangle choke technique, sab sikhata hoon (I teach everything).

Real World Fight Training - Sparring, live drills, positional training. Fight mein sochna kaise hai, yeh bhi sikhata hoon (I teach how to think during a fight too).

Fighter Mindset Development - Body hi nahi, mind bhi train hota hai (not just body, mind gets trained). Consistency, pushing limits, real fighter mindset.
