People ask what I do. I just say, maidan pe aa jao, sab samajh aa jayega (come to the mat, you’ll get it). For me, karate isn’t just a sport - it’s how I live. Health is the real wealth, yaar. If your body is strong, kuch bhi mumkin hai (anything is possible).
Training for All
I train everyone - kids, beginners, pros, even police. The goal might change, but the path is always discipline and hard work.
- Serious about medals? I prep you for national and international competitions. We go deep into Kumite training for competitions and Kata, with tough drills and real sparring. My students have won medals, but it’s never easy.
- Karate classes for kids & beginners: I focus on basics - punches, kicks, blocks, and safe sparring. Kids build strength, discipline, and confidence from day one.
- Just want to get fit or learn self-defense? My karate fitness workouts mix bodyweight, dumbbells, even bricks sometimes. We stretch, do yoga (karo yog raho nirog), and I teach practical self-defense karate lessons for real-life situations.
Where We Train
Most sessions are at Delhi Police Karate Academy, Kingsway Camp. The dojo’s got mats, mirrors, punching bags, and all the gear. Sometimes we train outdoors too, just for a change.
What I Promise
No shortcuts. Only hard work. Bina lagan ke kuch nahi milta (nothing comes without dedication). I’ll push you, but results take time. Kripa babe di (by God’s grace), results always come if you stick with it.
