Real-World Self-Defense Techniques in Delhi
Street situations do not follow gym rules. I teach you police-style techniques that actually work when you are cornered, focusing on leverage and control instead of brute strength.
I teach you how to use an attacker's momentum against them. This video shows a unique takedown that starts from a simple handshake grab, demonstrating how leverage can overcome brute force.
Here is another essential neck defense technique. The goal is to protect your airway and create an opportunity to escape or counter. We practice these scenarios repeatedly so your response becomes instinctive.
This is a police-style restraint method for controlling a non-compliant person. I teach these techniques to show how to safely subdue an individual without causing unnecessary harm, focusing on control holds.
About Real-World Self-Defense Techniques
Forget high kicks or movie stunts. When someone grabs your wrist or puts you in a chokehold, you need simple, instinctive reactions. My training is not about fancy gear, it is about body mechanics and using the attacker's weight against them. You will learn to control a situation, not just fight, because staying calm is your biggest weapon.
I do not teach for medals in this course, I teach for safety. Most martial arts are designed for a fair fight with rules, but the street has none. My training, which is the same style I use to coach Delhi Police teams, focuses on how to handle harassment, anti-abduction maneuvers, and escaping rear or front chokeholds.
How We Train
- Police-Style Restraint: You learn to subdue an attacker without causing unnecessary harm, focusing on joint locks and leverage.
- Real-World Scenarios: We run drills that simulate parking lots, dark alleys, and being cornered. You practice these until your response becomes muscle memory.
- Focus on Technique: You do not need to be a gym rat or an athlete. Whether you are a student, a working professional, or a homemaker, I show you how to use your body effectively against a larger, stronger opponent.
We train in a non-AC environment. It is raw, it involves sweat, and it requires dedication. If you are ready to show up and put in the work, I will give you the tools to walk home with confidence.
