Practical Self-Defense Training for Women & Children in Delhi
Forget winning medals. Learn to handle yourself with street-tested techniques for women and kids that focus on real-world survival and confidence.
Here, two of my female students are practicing their sparring drills. This helps build reflexes, timing, and the confidence to face an opponent in a controlled, safe environment.
This video shows a female student practicing a takedown after escaping a grab. My training for women emphasizes using an attacker's aggression against them to create an escape.
Building champions starts with building confidence. Here, I am working one on one with a young student on her kicking technique using focus mitts, making sure she develops power and precision from a young age.
Every student gets personal attention to build their skills. This young champion is practicing his strikes, showing great focus and spirit. Jalwa dikha apna!
My daughters practicing their punches. It shows that self-defense is a family value and a skill that empowers everyone, starting right at home. A strong punch starts with a strong mind.
About Training for Women & Children
Most classes focus on scoring points in a controlled ring. Here, we focus on survival. Whether you are a woman looking for safety skills or a parent seeking training for your child, I teach you to break holds, use your environment, and stay calm when someone tries to grab you. It is not about brute strength. It is about technique.
Training That Works on the Street
I have trained law enforcement teams in Delhi, and I bring those exact methods to my civilian classes. My goal is simple: to make sure you walk down the street knowing that if someone tries to grab, choke, or corner you, you have the skills to escape.
Why This Is Different
- No Point-Scoring: In a competition, you want to win a medal. On the street, you want to get home safely. We train for the latter. We do not drill complex, flashy moves that look good but fail under pressure.
- Anti-Abduction & Escape: For women and children, I teach specific tactics to deal with being grabbed from behind, hair pulls, and chokeholds. We practice these against larger, stronger opponents, so size becomes irrelevant.
- Psychology of Survival: The hardest part of a crisis is the 'freeze response.' My training includes drills to help you vocalize, act decisively, and manage the panic that usually sets in during an attack.
Who Should Join?
This is for anyone who wants to stop feeling vulnerable. You do not need to be an athlete or have prior martial arts experience. My kids' batches build motor skills and awareness, while my women's self-defense sessions build the confidence to navigate the city safely. We train in a straightforward, disciplined environment at our Kingsway Camp dojo. If you are ready to put in the sweat and focus, I am ready to teach you.
