About Striking & Power Training
Don't expect to walk in and break boards on day one. We start with the basics—conditioning your hips and core to generate real power in every kick and punch. Whether you join my group sessions at Kingsway Camp or opt for 1-on-1 prep, you’ll be on the mats drilling until your form is muscle memory, not just a guess.
Building Real Power
In my dojo, striking isn't about looking good for the camera; it's about effectiveness. You won't find ACs or fancy distractions here. Instead, you get heavy bags, focus mitts, and the raw work required to build functional strength.
The Training Approach
- Technique First: We focus on the pivot of the foot and hip rotation. Without these, a kick is just a swing. I ensure your form is correct before we add speed.
- Conditioning: You will sweat. Our sessions include bodyweight exercises and road running because your legs are your foundation. If your body isn't conditioned, your technique will fail when you're tired.
- Scenario Training: I teach you to strike under pressure. We simulate scenarios where you aren't fresh or standing on a flat, perfect surface, similar to what I teach in police training.
Who Should Join?
If you are training to clear a police physical exam, looking to lose weight through combat sports, or simply want to know that you can handle a situation if it arises, this is for you. We don't use brute strength. We use leverage, precision, and the right timing to make even a smaller person's strikes dangerous.
Remember, bina lagan or mehnat ke safal koi kaam nahi hota. You bring the dedication, and I will show you the way to build a strike that counts.
