I see self-defense as more than just learning to fight - it's about building a mindset. For me, Karate started as a journey following my Guru, but over time I realized it’s not just about success or medals. Real happiness comes from everyday practice - ye roj ki practice hai (it's a daily thing).

My Story
Black belt on my waist, kuro obi, is not just a piece of cloth. It’s my journey, sweat, some tears, lot of stubbornness. Guru ka ashirwad (blessings of my teacher) brought me here, not luck. Success? They said it means happiness. But khushi toh practice hai, roz ki (happiness is a daily practice). Writing the self-defense manual for Delhi Police – that was special. But real pride? My students.
