This is the first thing you see. It’s a quick look at the most important parts of my training: real-world techniques, training for everyone, and the discipline behind it all. This is what I am all about.
Real-World Self-Defense Techniques
This is the core of what I teach. You will learn practical, police-style methods to escape common holds like wrist grabs and chokes, and how to control an attacker without needing to be stronger than them. My focus is on techniques that work on the street, not just in the gym.
Training for Women & Children
I believe everyone has the right to feel safe. I run dedicated sessions for women and children, focusing on techniques that are effective against a larger, stronger opponent. It is all about building confidence and practical skills, not brute strength.
Police & Professional Training
I have the privilege of training law enforcement and professional teams for national and international competitions like the World Police Games. The methods I teach are the same ones trusted by officers for their effectiveness and reliability in high-pressure situations.
Sparring & Combat Drills
Once you learn the techniques, you must learn to apply them. In our sparring or 'kumite' sessions, we practice in a controlled setting to improve reflexes, manage distance, and build the courage to face a real opponent. This is where skill is tested.
Striking & Power Training
A strong defense is built on a strong offense. I will teach you how to deliver powerful and precise kicks, punches, and elbow strikes. We use equipment like punching bags and pads to build real power and perfect your form.
Fitness & Conditioning
A strong body is a strong weapon. My training includes rigorous fitness and conditioning drills to build the stamina, flexibility, and core strength you need to execute techniques effectively and outlast any opponent. Bina mehnat ke kuch nahi milta.
My Journey & Philosophy
For me, karate is more than a sport, it is a way of life that teaches discipline, respect, and the importance of protecting others. I am a family man, an athlete, and a patriot, and I bring these values into my dojo every single day.
