You’ll find yourself changing from the inside out.
How I Teach
Strength starts in your mind. I push for confidence through martial arts, not just muscles. Here, you get discipline, mental toughness, and a way to channel your stress. I won’t give you sweet words - I’ll tell you straight what needs work.
What You’ll Learn
- Real-world self-defense techniques pulled from MMA, Kickboxing, Boxing, and Wrestling. We train for what actually happens on the street.
- On your feet: drills with mitts, heavy bags, and controlled sparring for punches, kicks, elbows, knees.
- On the ground: grappling, wrestling, escapes from pins and holds.
- Fitness for street safety: functional strength training, core work, high-intensity cardio.
Who Shows Up
All ages, all fitness levels. Men, women, teens - if you’re ready to grind, you’re in. I make sure women feel safe and strong. "Fight like a girl" is a badge of honor here.
