Real-World Self Defense & Combat Training
I teach skills that are actually tested on the street. No fluff, no shortcuts—just the techniques police teams use to handle real threats. Come train with me.
This is a practical, street-effective technique to defend against a front choke. I teach you how to use an attacker's own force to neutralize the threat and take control of the situation, a core principle of my self-defense system.
Here is a demonstration of how to escape a choke or grab from behind. This is a common attack scenario, and I focus on teaching women simple, effective movements to break free, create distance, and stay safe.
An attacker grabbing your wrist is a frequent way an assault begins. In this video, I show a simple and powerful technique to not only escape the hold but also turn the tables on the aggressor using joint manipulation.
Self-defense is a skill for life, and it's never too early to start learning. I teach children the basics of awareness, confidence, and simple techniques to protect themselves in a safe and disciplined environment.
Power, precision, and control are the foundations of good martial arts. Here I am practicing a high roundhouse kick on a training dummy, building the muscle memory and technique that is essential for effective striking.
I am honored to train and be a part of the Indian Police teams for events like the World Police Games. The techniques I teach are tested and trusted by professionals who face real-world threats daily.
Sparring, or 'kumite', is where we put everything together. This clip shows a controlled sparring session, focusing on timing, distance, and applying techniques like the 'Kizami Zuki' or jab punch under pressure.
Training is about community and shared effort. This is a glimpse of a group warm-up session during a training camp, getting everyone ready for the hard work ahead. We build strength together.
About Featured
Most self-defense classes look good in a gym but fail on the street. I focus on the moment when you are caught off guard—when someone grabs your wrist, tries to choke you, or corners you in a parking lot. We train for the panic, not for the points. You aren't here to pose; you are here to build muscle memory that kicks in when your brain freezes.
My training method is born from years as a Commonwealth player and my time training Delhi Police teams. It is not about being the biggest person in the room; it is about using leverage and timing to control a situation before it escalates.
We train in a non-AC facility because I believe if you can perform at your best when you are tired and sweating, you can handle yourself anywhere. My sessions focus on three pillars:
- Reaction Time: Drills designed to stop the 'freeze' response.
- Practical Combat: Escaping holds, takedowns, and using an attacker's force against them.
- Mental Toughness: Discipline that carries over from the dojo to your daily life.
Whether you are joining for weight loss, to clear a police physical exam, or to gain the confidence to walk anywhere safely, the process remains the same. You show up, you listen, and you put in the sweat. If you are looking for a place where you can relax and go through the motions, this is not it. But if you want to learn how to actually defend yourself, I am ready to guide you.
