About Yoga and Wellness Coaching
Why I Do This
For me, nothing matters more than your body and health. "Yeh sharir hai na, isse zaroori kuch nahi hai yaar." If your health is sorted, everything else follows. My coaching is about helping you become your best self, not just learning a few yoga poses.
My Way of Training
I mix what I’ve learned as an athlete and coach. It’s not just yoga - it’s a blend:
- Traditional yoga for flexibility and balance
- Martial arts discipline for mental focus
- Modern fitness for real-world strength
Discipline is the main thing here. Motivation comes and goes, but showing up every day is what actually works.
What Happens in Our Sessions
- We start with asanas, from basics to advanced, focusing on safe flexibility and balance. Sometimes, I’ll help you stretch deeper with partner moves.
- Meditation and pranayama are a must. I teach mudras like Manipurachakra Jagruti Mudra to help you build mental resilience and face fears.
- We add bodyweight and core workouts for functional fitness coaching, so you’re strong for daily life, not just on the mat.
Who This Is For
I’ve trained everyone - kids, beginners, athletes, even police. If you’re serious about health, want a mind-body strength training approach, and are ready for real mehnat (hard work), you’ll fit right in.
Real Talk
No shortcuts here. Mehnat and lagan (dedication) are non-negotiable. I’ll guide you, but you’ve got to put in the work.
