I think fitness should be something you actually look forward to. If you're not a gym person, that's cool - I make movement fun, whether it's with family, friends, or even solo. Sometimes, my son jumps in and does a few push-ups with us - so yeah, everyone’s welcome.
Training Options
- Personal sessions: I offer customized yoga sessions at home, in parks, or wherever you feel comfortable. It's all about what works for you.
- Small groups: You, a friend, or your whole family can join in. Acro yoga partner workouts make it interactive, and yes, the kids can join too. I also adapt sessions for prenatal, seniors, or anyone needing gentler moves.
- Studio classes: If you thrive around people, my group sessions in Dwarka (Marun Dance Studio) cover power yoga, group meditation, and strength work.
- Online power yoga classes: For those who want to train from home, I guide you live over video.
What We Do Together

Fitness is just how we live. Me, my hubby, my little super star - we all do yoga and bodyweight stuff together. My son claps through push-ups, makes me proud every day! Off the mat, you’ll find us wandering near water or up in the hills. For me, being active and laughing with family is the real deal. Yeh sab hai life ka maza! (This is the fun of life!)
