Group Studio Classes

Join my energetic group classes at the Marun Dance Studio in Dwarka for power yoga, group meditation, and strength training. It's a great way to feel the collective energy and motivation of a group setting while I guide you through each session.

Specialized Yoga: Seniors & Prenatal

I provide gentle and adaptive yoga sessions for seniors to improve mobility and for expectant mothers to support them through pregnancy. These classes focus on safe, modified movements, breathwork, and relaxation to meet your unique needs.

Outdoor Fitness & Advanced Poses

I love taking workouts outdoors, using park equipment and nature to build functional strength and flexibility. This is where I practice and teach everything from bodyweight exercises and advanced yoga poses to fun challenges like tree climbing.

Community Workshops & Events

I'm passionate about spreading the benefits of yoga and have had the opportunity to lead sessions for large groups and events, like this one for World Heart Day. These workshops are a great way to introduce many people to the joy of movement.
