I help families build healthy habits together through fun, interactive yoga and bodyweight sessions that even the little ones can join.

A typical family workout for us. My son loves joining in, and it's a perfect example of how I make fitness a natural and fun part of everyday life for the whole family.

My family is my biggest motivation. Here we are practicing the wheel pose (Chakrasana) together at home, with my son right in the middle, making it a fun challenge for all of us.

I don't believe in rigid gym routines for families. Instead, we use local parks and home spaces to turn exercise into a shared game, like practicing partner balance poses or clap push-ups that make kids laugh while they build genuine strength.
