I’ve seen it myself - you can be physically strong, but if your mind isn’t in the game, it gets tough. My coaching is all about making you mentally and physically tough. We train for real life, not just for the ‘gram.

What Hybrid Fitness Means Here

I mix it up. This is not your usual gym routine. I blend functional fitness training, weightlifting, calisthenics, boxing-inspired fitness routines, and aerial yoga. No extra taam jhaam (unnecessary frills) - just what works for you. Whether you want to lift heavier, move better, or just not feel tired running for the bus, we’ll make it happen.

How We Roll

  • Your plan is always personalized.
  • We use barbells, kettlebells, bodyweight stuff, and sometimes hang upside down (aerial yoga, anyone?).
  • Technique first - I’m picky about how you move, so you don’t get injured.
  • I train all levels: total beginners, athletes, and folks dealing with PCOD, diabetes, thyroid, or injury recovery.
  • Online coaching is what I do most, but if you're in town, we can do in-person or small group sessions.

Hey, I’m Trishna. Proper pahad premi (mountain lover) and 100% desi girl. Sometimes I’m hiking, sometimes I’m in full shaadi taam jhaam (wedding mode). I’m all about being real, strong, and kind. My husky Rio is my world. Life’s meant for chasing happiness, and yeah, you gotta work for it. Dil Dhadakne do, always.
