I see fitness differently. For me, shakti hi jeevan hai, durbalta hi mrityu hai (strength is life, weakness is death). It’s not just sweating out in a gym. It’s about tuning in to yourself and letting movement be medicine. When you get that inner connection, things start to change - and the tough stuff doesn’t feel impossible anymore.
Yogalates + Kaizen: My Combo
My sessions blend Yogalates fusion classes - so you get the stretch and chill of yoga mixed with core fire from pilates. I’m big on the Kaizen way too. We go for those tiny, steady improvements. No quick fixes, just solid, real progress one day at a time.
How We Train
- 1-on-1 sessions in my Goa studio: Hands-on, customized moves. Good for technique, injury prevention, and real results.
- Online yoga sessions and group classes: Join from anywhere. I guide you on breath, posture, and mindful movement.
- Group beach workshops: We hit the sand at sunset. The vibe’s different - energy, nature, and a bit of sukoon (peace) with others.

My Story
Hey, I’m Rohit. Most days you’ll find me upside down or somewhere chasing sukoon (peace) in nature. Yoga isn’t just my job, it’s my life – I’ve studied it deep, from BA to PhD, but I’m still learning every day. Kaizen, you know? Always a bit better. From foggy Bangalore hills to Goan beaches, I keep moving, meeting people, chilling with my bhai log (friends). Connection matters most – with family, with yourself.
