Group Calisthenics & Yoga Classes
Core Training
- Frequency: 12 sessions per month (3 alternate days a week).
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
- Skill Mix: Combination of Hatha/Vinyasa warmups and Calisthenics skills like push up variations, pull ups, and handstand drills.
- Acro Yoga: Partner based balancing drills included based on attendance.
Infrastructure & Location
- Venues: Sessions held at either The Marun Dance Studio (Indoor with AC/Fans) or Sector 19 Public Parks (Open air).
- Equipment: Utilization of public park infrastructure (monkey bars, railings) for outdoor sessions or floor work for indoor sessions.
- Class Size: Limited to small batches of 5 to 10 participants for form correction.
User Requirements
- Essentials: Participants must bring their own anti slip yoga mat and water bottle.
- Facilities: Basic restroom available for studio sessions; no showers or changing rooms available for park sessions.

- Format: Private session with undivided attention from the lead trainer.
- Convenience: Trainer travels to your home or society park within Dwarka.

- Assistance: Trainer acts as a spotter for advanced movements or assisted stretching.

- Senior Mobility: Includes 'Bed Yoga' for clients unable to use the floor, plus chair yoga variations.
- Trimester Support: Poses modified according to the specific pregnancy trimester.
Session Setup
- Location: Conducted strictly at the client's home (Bedroom or Living room) for safety.
- Equipment: Uses household items like pillows, beds, chairs, and wall support rather than heavy gym equipment.
- Pace: Slow, restorative pace with extended relaxation periods.
About Specialized Fitness Coaching
Fitness is just life for me, not a boring chore. Honestly, I like to keep things light and fun - if you spot someone doing yoga with their kids in the park, it's probably me! I believe in mixing movement and laughter, and yes, dragging everyone in the family in for a quick round of stretches or even a playful acro yoga session.
What I Offer
- Bodyweight & Calisthenics: I don't do gyms. We use parks, bars, railings, or just your living room - anything works! We'll build strength with simple moves, think pull-ups, clap push-ups, and even work toward handstands. I focus a lot on flexibility too, especially deep stretching (splits, anyone?). This style suits kids, adults, even the dadi-nani (grandparents).
- Prenatal Yoga: For expecting moms, I run gentle prenatal yoga classes. These help with sleep, stress, and all those aches that show up. It's less about sweating buckets, more about feeling good and preparing your body for what's coming.
- Senior Yoga: Fitness doesn't retire, na? I work with seniors to keep their joints happy and muscles moving. Super gentle, can even be done on a bed if needed, all about comfort and feeling better.
