My sessions are designed for real life, not just the gym. Whether we are in The Marun Dance Studio or at a local park, I focus on correcting your form while keeping the energy high and fun. If you have kids or a partner who wants to join, bring them along—we make sure everyone gets a workout that suits their level.
I believe that if you aren't enjoying your workout, you won't stick with it. My approach is to take the intimidation out of fitness. You do not need a fancy gym membership or expensive gear to see real progress.
Where We Train
- Studio Sessions: I lead power yoga and strength classes at The Marun Dance Studio in Dwarka Sector 19. These are group-based, high-energy sessions perfect for those who thrive around others.
- Home & Park Training: I travel to your home or local Dwarka parks for 1-on-1 or small group sessions. These are great for people who want specialized attention or just prefer the convenience of working out near home.
- Online Coaching: If you are outside the area or prefer to train from your living room, I offer live, 2-way video sessions. I don't just send videos—I watch your form in real-time and provide immediate corrections, just like I would in person.
Who I Work With
My goal is to make movement accessible for everyone. I have specific modules for seniors focusing on mobility and gentle breathwork, as well as prenatal yoga for expecting mothers who want to maintain strength safely. For those looking for a challenge, I teach acro yoga and bodyweight calisthenics. It is all about finding what makes you feel strong, healthy, and happy.
